TransparencyandAccountability.org on behalf of its’ membership has the responsibility, obligation and right to reject communications it deems contain any of the following: profanity; vulgar or offensive language; racial or discriminatory statements; threats of any and all kinds and any comments or indications of unlawful or illegal actions. Subsequent to a third violation of aforementioned policy, TransparencyandAccountability.org will delete user from database and the annual membership will be terminated and not refunded.

TransparencyandAccountability.org will not post your name and address on our website without permission. Your name and address will not be given or sold to any third party and will be used only for the purpose of data base sorting and effective communications with your representation.
